All our orders undergo a strict quality check process before they are dispatched.
Our products are handcrafted using traditional block printing and dyeing techniques. Their hand processed nature might lead to slight color and print variations that only adds to their natural adorability and shouldn’t be considered as defects.
Exchange on domestic orders is only applicable if it meets the following requirements:
- you wish to exchange the size of the product you ordered
- you have received a damaged/defective product
Please note that customized orders and international orders are not applicable for exchange and/or return.
If you wish to exchange your order with a different size, we would be more than happy to assist!
Please note that your order is eligible for exchange one time only (multiple exchanges on the same product will not be accommodated).
- Return requests can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Ensure that the products are unused and unworn with the original tags intact.
EXCHANGE IN CASE OF DEFECTS:
In case you have received a damaged/defective product, we would be glad to exchange and make it right at no extra cost!
In case of an error from our end (wrong or defected piece, product loss in transit etc.), please share a photograph of the damaged product at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for exchange is made within the stipulated time frame.

Currently we do not offer reverse pickup facility for orders that qualify for an exchange. Once your exchange request is approved by us via email, you can ship the item back to the following address:

Please note that we will process your exchange request only after the parcel sent by you is received and duly checked by us.
We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for exchange without our explicit confirmation.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations or exchanges. Please refer to the Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
We offer a refund only in rare situations wherein we are unable to exchange an item due to stock unavailability or related issues.
In case this applies to you, we will get in touch via email.
PlumCheeks holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
